This is a picture of my puppy Jackson!

I graduated from West Lyon High School in 2004. I attended the University of Sioux Falls and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in reading. During my four years at college I spent a lot of time in classrooms and learned a lot of interesting techniques from a variety of teachers. I am excited to be here at Lawrence Elementary. This is my second year teaching and I am learning new things everyday. 

I was married on August 2nd, 2008 to Abby Heidesch originally of Granville, IA. She graduated from MOC-FV in 2004 and Luther College in 2008 with a Bachelors in Psychology and Communications Studies. She is currently working for Lodgenet out of Sioux Falls as a Market Analyst. 

We live on the southeast side of Harrisburg. I am enjoying the shorter commute everyday.

As for things I enjoy: I enjoy doing a variety of things outside that keep me active. I enjoy playing football, basketball, and any other sport. 

I have 4 older brothers and 1 older sister. I also have 5 nieces and 4 nephews in my family.
